This photo was taken while I was on a boat that was on its way to the Statue of Liberty. I turned around to admire the beautiful skyline and noticed a bright rainbow next to it. Next to ground zero. The most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen!Time
This was around noon while on my way to the Statue of Liberty. It had been raining all day and it was amazing to see a rainbow to brighten our day!Lighting
There was very little editing done to this photo at all. I only adjusted the lighting slightly to really define the rainbow.Equipment
This was actually shot on my iPhone! Simple but perfect!Inspiration
The day before I took this photo I had visited Ground Zero with my family on my first trip to New York. It was so emotional and such a beautiful tribute. The next day when I saw that rainbow a sense of peace came over me. It was beautiful!Editing
Nope it was simple! In my camera bag
I Always have my Nikon D3500 with me and my 55mm lens of course!Feedback
Be creative and look for something special to capture in your photograph. Steady your hands and always remember the rule of thirds.
