Behind The Lens
Location
This photo was taken in a bar where I worked a few years ago. This bar had a small counter with shelves in the middle creating two corridors. The shelves was like a bottle exhibitor to the clients. This photo made part of a work for my photography teacher around the voyeurism theme.Time
All photos was taken in the night, where the bar is full of people. The idea was capture the moment when the client is waiting for his drink, or a conversation moment or something else, a look a thought.Lighting
Well, as the lights were minimum I had to use films with different ASA. Was like a experiment.Equipment
I used an old Yashica from my GrandFather with a 50mm lens.Inspiration
I was looking for a place where I can get great photos without being seen, and behind the bottles was the perfect place.Editing
I don't remember. Maybe I used a red filter in the darkroom. I tried different papers but the most interesting paper for me was the FB Mate.In my camera bag
Nowadays when I get out to film I get out with my Cannon 600d with a Samyang 24mm lens, but when my intention in taken some photos I use my old grandfathers Yashica.Feedback
I don't have any specific advice for you, this was the right place with the right ambient before that I was looking other things. Try hard to look the better place to take your photo, explore and see the potentials that you have around you and made a lot of experiments
