Wow, fantastic HDR. Now there is an HDR when and HDR should be used. Love it.

Location
This photo was taken at our annual Agricultural Fair in Renfrew Ontario Canada.Time
The photo was taken mid afternoon while they had the heavy horses on display.Lighting
This was actually shot as a high speed HDR photo and edited using PhotomatixEquipment
I captured this photo with my Canon 7D and my Canon 100-400 f4-5.6 L series lensInspiration
Everyone was shooting these magnificent creatures as they trotted around the ring. I was looking to show the power behind these big horses and chose a low angle shot with just the one wheel and the horses' hooves throwing up the dirt.Editing
Processed using Photomatix and then brought it into Photoshop CS5 and muted the colours. In my camera bag
My camera bag contains two 7D gripped along with my favourite Canon 24-105 L series lens and my Canon 100-400mm f4-5.6 Series lens.Feedback
Don't be afraid to try something different. All cameras were capturing the horses and wagons going around the ring but I was the only one who got down on the ground and tried this shot. It sure paid off as I've received many great comments as the point of view I chose.
