Location
The photo was taken at the Zoo in Zagreb, Croatia.Time
The photo was taken on 2019 July the 29th at about 16:00.Lighting
The only source of light was the natural light. It was a warm, beautiful summer day and there was have enough light for some great pictures. Perfect conditions :-)Equipment
For this shot I used my Nikon D810 in combination with the fantastiv Tamron SP 70-200mm f2.8 Di VC USD Lens.Inspiration
I had this idea to make some cool animal photos at this afternoon in the Zoo.Editing
Always more or less! After selecting the photos to edit, I choose the color look for each set, then I correct, if necessary, the light of the picture. Then the picture is cropped if necessary and that's it.In my camera bag
At this day I used my full format DSLR with a set of (relatively) fast primes: A 45mm, a 85mm or 90mm macro, the magnificent Sigma 24-35mm f2.0 Art Zoom for the slightly wider angles and of course the 70-200mm.Feedback
I had time so I went to the Zoo and I had the luck, to meet some Animals in a good mood to make some great photos. A camera with manual control and a fast 70-200mm Zoom gives me all the possibilities I needed. And never forget to do some the post-processing, if you have some retouching skills, your pictures will always be better after the retouch ;-)
