This is timeless almost. It almost looks like its set in the 20's or 30's. I don't normally care for cityscapes but this is beautiful.

Great picture, love the touches of colour. Usually, i don’t really like cold winter picture, but this one look warm !

Everytime I see this Photo in a contest or in a portfolio I love it more and more. It really brings the full feeling of winter with blowing snow and empty sidewalks.

There is a Hotel Europe in Vancouver that is a Flatiron Building and it looks a little like this one!

Unbelievable shot would go along with the timeless thing hard to place it. Also a good advert for Sprint! Well done

I took this photo in NYC in front of the Flat Iron Building the morning of the big snowstorm "Jonas". January 23th 2016.Time
That morning I woke up early (6.30am), as I always do at weekends. This is the time I can get things done – and I was so excited about the storm, like a kid in the snow! My girlfriend was sleepy, looking at me with one eye open. She asked me where I was going so early and I replied: “Sleep, I’ll be back soon!” The funny thing is, the day before I’d sold my Fujifilm XT-1 to make a bit of money and buy the X-Pro2 – so the only camera I had was the little Ricoh GR!Lighting
With the exception of a few minor details like logos and a food cart, the image looks like an impressionist painting right out of another another century. The cloudy atmosphere and gusty winds create patterns that appear uncannily like brush strokes.Equipment
Ricoh GR, nothing else.Inspiration
My passion is street photography, so I was hoping to catch people struggling in the snow. But New Yorkers are used to this extreme weather and the City managed the situation in a great way. And there weren’t even any people in the photo.Editing
I did enhance contrast and clarity with lightroomIn my camera bag
My little Ricoh GR a lens hood and the viewfinder.Feedback
Good shoes, and woke up early! :)
