He was a lonely man but never a silent man. He was a good man, and yet a troubled man. He was a jovial man, and yet a sad man. He was simply Jack. He was such a man, my friend, Jack

I want to thank each and every photographer voter or not who came to see my dear friend Jack, who had the most beautiful blue eyes and the kindest of hearts, he would have just roared back his head in a load laugh and said nothing, but grinned, and give me a devilish smile, and I would find myself, snapping and snapping my little pink Sony, and this is how I fell in love with a man named Jack. As did everyone whose life he touched. This was just Jack. Thank each of you who also appreciate his beauty. b~

This is an absolutely amazing shot! And to learn a little of the story behind those eyes makes it that much more powerful!

Location
I took it sitting on a curb, in the late afternoon, while having a conversation with Jack. A man many would call homeless, he never considered himself homeless as he had made this choice to live on the streets of the small hometown, he had once been a football hero in. I always said, Jack lived in his heart!Time
