Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at St Peters church in Bournemouth

Time

As I recall the photo was taken in the early afternoon

Lighting

The photo is a composite of St Peter's and an amazing cloudscape taken some time earlier - so the lighting is also composite

Equipment

The main shot was taken with my A99v and 16-35mm f2.8, crouching in front of the church

Inspiration

At the time I was feeling inspired and very much in tune with everything around me. I wanted to make some art

Editing

The image is a composite of two pictures, church and cloudscape. I also edited in a couple of silhouettes - see if you can see them quickly

In my camera bag

A99v, cleaning kit, batteries, 50mm macro, a150-500mm sigma and a choice of another lens depending on the shoot. I'll squeeze my RX100 into the side pocket too as a handy backup
