Location
This photo was taken at Svínafellsjökull, Glacier Iceland. I'm a natural and wildlife photographer, so every shot I take is a lesson.Time
This is truly one of my favorite images. It was taken in the evening, after driving for some time to locate the glacier and quite a hike from where my friend and I had parked. It was around 3-4 in the afternoon, but during winter time in Iceland sunlight lasts about 6 hours.Lighting
I always try to shoot at an angle from the sunlight, or natural light. That way my subject is lit up in a way that I find magical.Equipment
This was shot on my Canon Rebel T2i, with a 50mm lens. No filter.Inspiration
The breath of cold air, combined with the beauty of the sunlight and my thirst for mountainous adventures.Editing
With my landscape photography, I tend to spend some time on post processing. I generally use Lightroom and manually get the image to what I feel is inspiring to me and how I want to see it.In my camera bag
I have two bodies, a Canon T2i (my main body) and a Canon Rebel EOS. I have several different lenses, 75-300mm telephoto, 50mm, 24mm, and a 18-75mm. I carry filters and chargers.Feedback
