The sharpness as around the head which is good - ISO was 2000 as the light was very poor. Yes I am pleased with this shot.

Wonderful action. They are so quick and hard to focus on while in flight. Kudos

Location
The photograph was taken in a small wooded area at the bottom of my garden. I spend a lot of my time in that space because of the birds.Time
I had been watching the birds on and off for some time when this weE tit flew across me. I decided in an instant I would try a shot and was surprised that I caught it so well.Lighting
I shot the photograph in a shaded area with a high iso to allow some light in. It was also a fairly slow shutter speed and a small f stop. You will notice The head is in Focus yet the movement of the wings is captured by the slow shutter speed.Equipment
I used my Canon 7D to shoot this shot.Inspiration
I love taking nature shots. I love not only taking photographs of the birds but watching them as well. It is a lovely way to spend your time and it is thrilling to be able to achieve a shot which you yourself is pleased with.Editing
Very little editing - brighten and cropping. In my camera bag
I have a great selection of lens which I use from time to time. From wide angle to macro. I enjoy shooting with any lens as they all have their own uses.Feedback
Be patient, story your shot first as in my case the birds. It makes life easier and the chances of shooting a photograph you like much more possible.
