Location
I took this photo on baker beach in San Francisco.Time
This was an hour before sunset when the fog was rolling in.Lighting
The light was just perfect for the moody powerful image to be captured.Equipment
This was hand held with a canon 70d and a canon ef 24-70mm 2.8 lens.Inspiration
The way the sun was back lighting and there was the perfect amount of fog and light to increase my shutter speed and attempt to capture some detailed, powerful waves crashing along those rocks.Editing
Yes but not much needed to be done.In my camera bag
Typically just wireless trigger, tripod, ND filter, polarizer and an abundance of batteries. Wide lens, macro and my 24-70Feedback
Keep tabs on what the light is doing and wait for that moment. Patience is a powerful skill when doing so.
