FollowA few mornings ago I decided to drive out to these salt flats in hope for clear skies and to capture Neowise setting in the sky. Hope you enjoy this photo in such an everchanging and wild world. We are so miniscule when it comes to the galaxy above.

i like your photo very muc...i too saw it... i was in southern Idaho at Bruneau Dunes Park for a week, it was very dark, and we saw Neowise every night, but we needed binoculars cause it was so faint...I'm surprised you were able to capture it with an iPhone.

Location
This was taken just outside Salt Lake City, UT.Time
This was taken just before the first light of sunrise.Lighting
The foreground was lit up by a sliver of moon and the comet was Neowise.Equipment
I used a Sony A7r iii 70-200 2.8 Skywatcher Star Adventurer TrackerInspiration
I knew I wanted to capture my home under the night sky with the comet while it was still available to photograph.Editing
I just blended the tracked sky with the moon lit foreground. In my camera bag

Tracking the comet really brought out the details and colors. This particular comet won’t be back for another 6800 years but I’m sure we will get another in the future to see with our bare eyes and photograph.
