Location
locations "Perda Longa" , on the east coast of SardiniaTime
This shot was made on February 4, 2016, during the golden hour at about four and a half in the afternoonLighting
It was used only natural light. With a filter nd1000 I increased the exposure time up to 3 minutesEquipment
I used a Canon 70d , tokina 11/16 2.8 , tripod and nd1000 filter to increase the exposure timeInspiration
I live in a small province in the center of the Mediteranean , Ogliastra call, rich in beautiful landscapes . I picked up a corner of this land to share with you.Editing
yes , the shot was made in raw and was post - produced by increasing the contrast and brightening the shadows .In my camera bag
the equipment that I can not miss in my bag is: canon 70d, tokina 11-16 2.8 for landscape photos, from 2.8 to 4 sigma 17-70 for portraits, canon 70-300 4-5,6 for photo hunting. I am always with me nd1000 filter, tripod and remote shutter releaseFeedback
First you have to choose on location and what time you want to do. check the weather (you can very well use some app), cloudy days are the best! arrive an hour before sunset so pick the best shot. prepare the equipment, wide angle, filter and remote shutter release and do some test shots. remember that the nd1000 filter removes 10 f-stop and check in special the shooting time tables. the basic rule is that shoot, shoot and shoot !!! only with practice you manage to have a certain mastery of the technique!
