Beautiful but I would off er one suggestion. Try cropping out that bright building in the upper right or perhaps a vignette or brush tool to darken it a bit. It seems to draw the eye away from your beautiful capture of that water.

Location
This photo was taken at Beacon Hill Park in Victoria BC.Time
This shot was taken after sundown.Lighting
My goal was to capture a long-exposure of the mini waterfall. The park lights helped bring out detail and color of the surrounding trees. It was all street lighting, but it added just the right amount of light to make this shot what it is.Equipment
Canon t3i, a kit lens 18-55mm and a tripod.Inspiration
I went for a walk in one of my favorite parks to capture some images. I saw that waterfall and started looking for compositions.Editing
I processed the image quite a bit, actually. Shadows, highlights and of course color. I do almost all my post processing in camera RAW and Photoshop. In my camera bag
When I shoot cityscapes at night, I usually carry a Canon 6D, Sigma 24mm f/1.4, and 50mm 1.8 for a tighter composition. A backpack, tripod, extra batteries and usually something to drink.Feedback
If you already know how your camera works. My advice is to go to a park near you at night and look for cool compositions.
