This beautiful male Stonechat was a saviour from a pretty dire day trying to shoot and locate other birds while out and about on location at Berkshire's Greenham Common. Despite seeing quite a variety of species,(on the day) my stealthy tactics failed me completely apart from this little fellow who allowed me to get close enough to roll the shutter button. As I always say though,..Grabbing a frame or two when out and about is always a bonus compared to being in touch with nature.
