Behind The Lens

Location

I got a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my husband. So I took a few pictures of the beautiful flowers. They were on my diningtable. This one stood out for me.

Time

It was in the middle of the day, so i was moving the vase around for better light from outside.

Lighting

I only used the sunlight from outside. No flash or atificial light.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D5500, a sigma 105 macro lens and a small tripod on the table.

Inspiration

I loved the colors of the flowers and the pattern. I wanted to practice with my new macro lens and this came out.

Editing

Not much on post-processing. I take my pictures in RAW, only a bit saturation and exposure

In my camera bag

In my bag a have my Nikon D5500, a 18-105 lens, a 70-300 lens, a 105 macro lens, a beanbag and my tripod. And of course a spare battery and card!

Feedback

Keep trying to get the right lighting, use a tripod, take a few pictures in various aperture! Always keep trying to take your perfect shot. And your perfect shot isn't always the perfect shot to others.
