I love the color correlation. its amazing to see something though to be so simple to look so complex and perfect

Location
I took this photo of my friend one night! We were getting art supplies for a school project and we saw this paint powder and decided to use it as a prop. We were throwing it around trying to take pictures and it ended up like this one her face. It was all residue from blowing the powder around.Time
This is around 8 at night. It was after a long day of work and we just went out to unwind.Lighting
We thought it looked very mysterious with half her face lit up and half not.Equipment
Canon mark iii 5D with canon flash 50mm prime lens f1.8Inspiration
Nothing really!! We were just playing around with paint and thought it looked coolEditing
I just brightened the eyes and enhanced the colors on her faceIn my camera bag
I usually carry around my 50mm prime lens and my canon 5d mark iii. But most importantly I make sure I always have fun props for my photos be it balloons, smoke bombs, or powder paint.Feedback
Just make sure you shoot close to her face and take a lot of shots because you never know which one will turn out the best!! Also point the flash up to have a little softer light.
