Location
I took this photo not far from pueblo El Chalten, at Southern Patagonia. Main attraction in this area is national park Los Glacieros with breathtaking Fitz Roy and Cierro Torres. But they say, that the goal of the road is not the destination, but your way towards it - and I'm strongly agree with it. The place where I took this shot is situated just in the middle of the road to Laguna Capri, there are no miradors around, just a little hint of rocky path - and i decided to follow it.Time
It was morning, about 10 or 11 am.Lighting
I was really fascinated by lighting - sun was rather high, sky was almost clean, with no clouds - that happens rarely in Patagonia.. And mist over mountains made it look like a fairy tail..Equipment
I made a lot of attempts with my old canon 450d, tried different lenses, but this one I took via iPhone - universal camera, which shows that a good shot doesn't always means super equipment))Inspiration
Fantastic scenery of Patagonia made me forget about time. Everything looks unreal and i just couldn't stop wandering.Editing
I made some basic post processing - turned it into B&W and edit lightbalancrIn my camera bag
Usually I take with me my old canon 450d with 2 additional lenses, iPhone, GoPro and water caseFeedback
My personal experience showed, that sometimes best shots are a matter of luck - it's not an attitude of pro photographer, but I'm not a pro yet as well. So be ready to find awesomeness around you - keep yours eyes open, be curious and don't be afraid of exploring routs off beaten paths!
