Absolutely beautiful. The fact that you chose to be there during sunrise makes this shot perfect

Location
On a Riverside Nature Trail near Almonte, Ontario, Canada.Time
Photo was taken on September 24, 2015 at 7:35 a.m.Lighting
I don't usually shoot directly into the sun but I liked the diffusion caused by the early morning fog.Equipment
Canon T2i with a 55-250 zoom lens - handheld.Inspiration
A beautiful fall morning with a fog being slowly burnt off by the rising sun.Editing
Post processing was primarily contrast and levels adjustment on the background photo. The deer was taken in our yard on an earlier shoot - the shadow involved some post processing as well.In my camera bag
A Canon T2i with a 55-250mm zoom lens and a Canon XT with a Sigma 10-20 mm lens, 18-55 mm lens, Manfrotto tripod, polarizing lenses, ND filter.Feedback
Experiment, experiment, experiment. I actually was inspired to try this effect by someone else's shot on ViewBug.
