MidnightLighting
The lighting is simply as taken. The bridge has lighting on both sides at foot level which provided the light as seen. St Paul's Cathedral is also lit at the end of the bridge.Equipment
Canon DSLR and a short ZoomInspiration
I love this bridge it is a favourite for photographers from all over. I have photographed it many times from all different angles. I wanted initially to take this picture without anyone in it. I used a tripod for a long exposure expecting everything that moved to disappear. The person you see stood still looking at his phone for over 20 minutes and didn't move. I think he thought that he was being clever and spoiling my picture....how wrong he was.Editing
I turned the image from colour into monochrome and did a little dodging and burning. In my camera bag
When I do street photography I travel as light as possible due to the weight. I carry a short zoom and a camera body and perhaps an extra battery. When I go out at night I do carry a lightweight tripod.Feedback
Plan your days out, don't try to do too much or walk too far. Keep you eyes open for all opportunities.
