This was taken two days after the polar vortex that hit our city of Chicago. On this night there was no wind to worry about. Just the cold and tranquility of a cold winter night. Many photographers will or would hesitate to go out in the cold. But "we" must place endurance and great character first. In order to capture this moments that make us remember such great events in history.
