While driving in rural Minnesota I came across this sight! The land owner had poles and poles of different types of shoes! It was really quite crazy! I had a hard time not laughing while shooting. I have been wondering why someone would do this myself. I'm thinking they thought it would be funny or artistic!

I agree Leigh jg. In fact, I almost named this photograph "Pole Dancing Minnesota Style," but decided a flashback from the '80s style dance "Electric Slide" was more appropriate being an electrical pole and all! :)
