I missed peak color on at the Portland Japanese Garden by about a week, but the day I arrived to shoot there, I was treated with some spectacular fog and light, which made for some quite dreamy photographs. This is the overly photographed Japanese Maple, but I hope my version is a little different than others. It is quite an impressive tree, no doubt.
