This was taken in one of the old WWII tunnels in the hills looking over the golden gate bridge in San Francisco. We were at the end of a long, exhausting two week work trip and had a few hours of free time before heading to the airport. My friend nick's posture and silhouette expressed the mood and feeling that often comes from being a traveling photographer....at times it can be exhausting and lonely being away from friends and family for extended periods of time, but the rewards are great as well.
