The fallen tree has created a view path through the undergrowth towards the bay. I needed to balance up the amount of contrast between shady and sunlit areas during post production without loosing the effect of the bright sunlit areas. So much of what I do involves adjusting the camera image to more completely express what I feel to be the main theme.
