The vast estate of Powderham Castle in Devon is home to many Fallow Deer. You can drive along the small road at the bottom of the estate between the Great Western Railway line and the castle grounds, where you can normally spot them grazing and lazing under the trees. This morning I was lucky enough to get several images of a buck as i walked along the public footpath. He wasn't at all bothered by me being there and casually went about his business
