I came across these interesting wooden posts whilst walking along the beach at Dawlish Warren, and i liked the way they almost zig zagged out into the rising tide. The sky was a washed out boring shade with very little cloud contrast so i decided to go black & white. I set up the tripod and used a 10 stop filter to try and create the smokey water effect. I particularly like the way the BW enhances the definition in the detail of the wooden posts.
