Very poignant and compelling image. The low subjective POV and shallow DOF concentrates attention on the beggar and emphasizes her isolation from the indifferent background mass of passersby.

I loved reading "about this picture"! I'm with you, very hands on & not afraid to get dirty. some of the best shots are captured that way, hence the reality of this shot! GREAT WORK! & great article

I am going to post an honest comment. We in London see this day in day out, we could shoot these all day, my audience would say "so what" if I shot this. The princess putting money in pot, arm on shoulder, would be a priceless shot. Just a honest comment.
