I learned a lesson this day, on this very cliff. Nearly decided to bail from my 3k worth of gear because I feared of this cliff I'm on. For some reason climbing up and over was fine, but I soon found out that the saltwater makes this land pretty soft, almost clay/sand like.
I got a bit worried and couldn't get good footing, and felt the ground beneath me could slip any moment. One momentum of slip and I would've likely been in that ocean.
It still freaks me out thinking about it. I'm glad I got a good shot, but I learned a lesson this day.
I decided I wanted to push my editing a bit further than I normally would. No real reason, just wanted to see the color combo in full effect cause.
Lots of this sunset color was pretty awesome, as you can see from one of my previous photos which didn't push the editing nearly as far, but it was from a very similar location.
Anyways, hope you enjoy the colorful editing.

Appreciate that! Funny, cause this photo is the first and pretty much only picture I've shot that I really pushed for exaggerated colors. I need to do it more often because I think this may be my best color photo to date. Anyways, TMI! Haha, appreciate your comment.

Wow, quite the compliment! This is still my favorite view in existence. Samuel H Boardman corridor, arch rock viewpoint. It's at the point where the fence points out towards the south, if you jump it it's a better view :-) If you haven't been tho, the entire corridor (about 12 miles) is utterly perfect at every stop.
