Beautiful use of "window light," as well as leading lines on the right side of the page. It might be even nicer if the baby's clothes had some kind of rim light. There are buttons (snaps?) visible, but not visible enough to be a real contributing part of the shot. The other thing you could do is edit them out altogether in PS. It's the half in, half out-ness of them that is distracting.
