Photo I managed to capture of an Osprey in flight over the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve near Huntington Beach, California. These magnificent hawks primarily hunt small fish in the wetlands as well as other small wildlife. I was lucky to capture this shot because Ospreys are only infrequently seen in the area, and it is difficult to catch them flying. Like so many species, these birds are in danger of extinction from loss of habitat and climate change.
