Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo on the hills near Verona, the city where I live.

Time

I took this picture mid-afternoon on an autumn day when the colors of nature begin to change.

Lighting

The light was the natural light of an autumn afternoon.

Equipment

I used my Canon Eos 5D Mark II and the Canon 24-105 . No other equipment.

Inspiration

I was wandering the hills looking for a lonely tree to inspire me. I had long thought about this photo and had to look for the right subject.

Editing

My photos are all subject to post production processes. My artistic choice is the reinterpretation of reality. The processing is long with the application of various textures, filters and retouches with brushes.

In my camera bag

For the kind of photos I take, my equipment is very essential. I have my Canon Eos 5D Mark II, and two lenses: Canon 24-105 and Tokina Sd 16-28 F2.8

Feedback

I believe that essentially the most successful images must first be created mentally and then, with clear ideas, you go out to capture them.
