Location
This shot was taken in Switzerland. This road leads over the Brünig Pass. The problem was that there is a Military airport, so I only could reach an altitude of 120m. I had to climb up in the forest to get high enough.Time
If I remember right, it was on a cloudy sunday afternoon.Lighting
Not really. I think for bird view shots the lighting is not that important.Equipment
This shot was taken with my dji Mavic Pro.Inspiration
I really like bird view shots. In Switzerland we have a lot of mountains and interesting roads. There is a lot to explore.Editing
For my aerial shots I don't do very complex post processing. But it went through Lr and Ps.In my camera bag
The Sony A7RII with the Zeiss 16-35mm f/4 , the Sony A6000 with the 70-200 f/4 mounted. For nightshots I just switched my Samyang 14mm with the LAOWA 15mm f/2 Zero D - an Amazing Lens! And there is also the Zeiss 55mm f/1.8 in my bag. And my Mavic Pro is in another bag.Feedback
If you fly a Drone there are countless opportunities. Just go explore. The bird view is always interesting because you normally can't get this view.
