Location
The athlete photo was taken in an abandoned house on the outskirts of Bogota, Colombia and the portrait was taken in the north of the city. I am a self-taught photographer and try to learn from my idols. ¨Always thinking, always thinking!¨ - Chris AngelTime
This photo was taken in a photo shoot we did with my best friend (the athlete), was Saturday, 2:00 p. m. and we were on the road, we we were getting away from Bogota and we saw that abandoned house, we did not hesitate a second to stop and take a few shots in that locasion.Lighting
At the moment of taking both photos, I use natural light, more or less at the same time of day, so both photos remain equally illuminated.Equipment
This was shot with a Nikon Coolpix L830, there was no more equipment involved.Inspiration
I was working in the photographic series ¨Pasiones¨ about multiple exposure photos showing the passions of each of the models within their own portrait.Editing
This picture is a combination of two photos, the first is the portrait in backlight, a closeup of the model showing him with a positive outlook facing up and the second picture is the same model, which is a parkour athlete doing a very elaborate gymnastic movement. Both photos, mixed in photoshop cs6 and levels and watermark made in lightroom 5.In my camera bag
In that moment I used borrowed cameras. Currently I finally Own my Canon EOS M200Feedback
In order to achieve a photo like this, it is important to keep in mind that both pictures have to be very well exposed and both need to have a white background, so you can easily merge them in photoshop using layers. To achieve white background, the sky must be slightly cloudy and you have to overexpose a little bit the sky.
