ENG: not an usual 3:1 panorama but I luckly recovered few more pictures of the same sunset and I thought it was a waste to cut the remaining information :) I hope you enjoy even a 5% of the greatness I saw there! Ohrid Lake and Town - Macedonia

Location
This picture was taken from a panoramic point atop the small city of Ohrid, one of the most beautiful places in Macedonian's landascape!Time
as you can see, it was a bloody sunset after a day on work in geolithological surveys in lake Ohrid in late September 2015Lighting
I recovered some shots taken during a work session in geological survey last year and I could create a panoramic composition to best resamble the uniquenes of such places. The most difficult part of the PP was allign layers that were not meant to be alligned with different exposure and let some detail come from the buildings of the city that were underexposed, the funny thing was that the colours of the sunset were perfectly exposed and saturated by the camera itself in the same way for every of the 6 shots used for the reconstruction!!Equipment
I used an handheld Canon XS60 Coolpix for the shots and nothing more, when traveling for work I have necessarly to carry less equipment as possible and this camera was part of the working tools I carried with me during the 20 days survey..Inspiration
there was no inspiration here but pure visual impact, this was taken just a minute after i arrived in the city; when I saw it happen I dropped all the laggage and take the camera like I had never seen a sunset in my life!Editing
the PP was long and painful because to reconstruct entirely the scene I had to take 6 shots not in the same raw and exposure, the shots were not meant to be alligned at first so most of the work was centered on recalibrating noise, exposure and color to match the total view.In my camera bag
it depends on the occasion, mainly I go out for wildilife, landscape or street photography and usually i bring the same camera body but with different sets of lenses, in this case I was even more lightweight with a working camera like the Coolpix that is a general purpose bridge camera that was perfect solution for the many tasks needed in a work trip of 20 days.. however, later I regretted I didn't bring the reflex that time!Feedback
luck in some cases is better than skill, but post-production is even better!!! :D
