Stunning image. simply stunning! before I moved to the US my family would holiday in France every year, my father worked for Michelin, so there were regular trips outside of holidays and I was fortunate enough to visit Paris on many occasions. The Sacré-Coeur gives me goosebumps every time I visit. I love it so.

Great image - simply stunning and the POV is so unusual - this was taken from the side not a photo you usually see.

I took this photo in Paris, on the hill oh the sacré coeur.Time
It was at this end of morningLighting
After a short wait for having the sun on the basilic, I took the photo with a pretty good little that allow me to make an HDR photo after post processing.Equipment
I used to use whatever I was able to pick. So before I use the camera of my mom : a small 12Mpix samsung compact camera, and latter a canon 600D with 18-55 IS, 55-250 IS cheap kit lenses Since July, I have used my new camera : a canon 70D with the 18-135 STM kit lens. Most of time I use a grip to have one more battery, and allow me a better feeling, and a good hand's position on portrait shoot. I use also my iPhone because it is the most handy camera, I have it every time with me. Last month I bought a canon 550 EX (second hand) pretty useful. It is a great flash for what I do. Good for general purpose. As a tripod I have a slik (pro series) which is a bit heavy but great for the price (high quality built)Inspiration
I like this place of Paris. When you have the sun and a clean day you can really enjoy the place. It is inspired me a romantic feeling I only feel in Paris.Editing
I did a few post-processing. I put the photo in B&W because I like it and I think it change the story completely. I increased the contrast of the sky on Photoshop. A lillte crop and it was done. Not so muchIn my camera bag
By now, I have my iphone in my pocket. And my new DSLR. Generally with my grip. I put it off only when I go hiking. My lens is a 18-135 STM. It is my only one. It is not the sharper I used but it is versatile and pretty light. I have also my flash in my backpack if I need.Feedback
You don't need to have a good camera. But you need to know the camera you use work. It is the most important. After you can elk in the street and if you are careful, if you really look to thing around you, I can see particular and take a great shoot
