Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on my front porch

Time

It was about 9:00 a.m.

Lighting

No special lighting.

Equipment

Nikon D90 with 18 to 105 lens.

Inspiration

I was having coffee and feeding the birds that hang out in a tree on the corner of the porch. This guy just flew over and landed on the railing. He showed no fear and I got so close I had to back up to focus. I got about 200 shots before he flew away.

Editing

Very few adjustments.

In my camera bag

Nikon D90, 18 to 105 and 70 to 300 lens.

Feedback

This was completely unexpected but as usual, my camera was sitting by ready for shooting. It is VERY seldom out of reach or low on power. Ya just never know!
