Behind The Lens

Location

The photo is taken in the Dolomites, Italy. The mountain I'm standing on is called Monte Piana and is very close to the famous summits Drei Sinnen or Tre Cime in Italian

Time

It's taken around noon

Lighting

No special lightning.

Equipment

I always carry around a micro 4/3 camera. In this case a Olympus OMD E-M5. Normally I'm in to really wide shots, but this one is taken with the Lumix 7-14 mm lens at 14 mm

Inspiration

I go to this area for paragliding from time to time. It's a beautiful place. The highlining community have a camp during the summer up here with several slacklines and I always go and watch them before I take off with my paraglider.

Editing

I removed two other slacklines from the picture, to make this guy stand out a bit more by himself

In my camera bag

Olympus OMD E-M5 or Panasonic GX7 with my 7-14 mm, a 20 mm, and a 40 mm prime lens.
