Can I ask? Did you use a 35 or 50 mm for this shot? It seems that the body is completely out of proportions but I do love the idea, composition, lighting and positioning of the model very much. Is it maybe an idea to try this again with an 85 or maybe even a zoom to 100? I think it would improve the image but would love to know your idea about it. Thanks for sharing as there are so many good aspects in this creation. Kind regards, Sebastiaan.

Location
This is a composite image comprised of at least four images. The main subject in this photo was taken in my home studio in Colorado. The clouds are shot around noon time near a lake in Colorado. The rocks are pieces of an image taken near the Royal Gorge railroad.Time
Main subject was taken about 1:30 pm.Lighting
Two strobes were used to shoot the main subject in the studio. One slightly to the left (the main) and the other to the right.Equipment
Canon 6D with a 24-105 lens. Two strobes with softboxes for the main subject who was shot against a black background.Inspiration
Actually the model wanted to shoot in that particular outfit. The inspiration came later in front of the computer to do a "Daughter of Zeus" type feel.Editing
Using Photoshop and Lightroom this image was put together with the model as the main subject. In my camera bag
Canon 6D, 24-105 lens, 100-400 lens, 50mm lens and a flash.Feedback
When putting together composites it is important to study the lighting, the angle, the focus and color of an image. I am constantly on the lookout for different backgrounds, textures, clouds and other images that may one day be used in a composite image. The model or models need to be lit consistently so that they will match the lighting in the scene. The last part of the composite for me is choosing whether or not to use filters to give a certain look or feel.
