Location
It was taken in a very small village called Houghton near Amberley,Sussex,England.Time
Taken on the 8th April 2014 at 5.45amLighting
It was taken at the best time photos can be taken which is known as the Magic Hour or the Golden hour during which daylight is redder and softer compared to when the Sun is higher in the sky.Equipment
I used my Nikon D5000 with the standard 18-55mm Kit lens with VR turned on as know tripod was used.Inspiration
I have been going to this place for over 40years and first camped there at the age of 15 but over the past year I have taken photos from all for seasons of sunrises and nature all around the area. It is an amazing place that will always have a special place in my heart.Editing
I shoot in Raw so I do process all my photos so vary in what I choose to do or not, I use Nikons viewNX2 to edit my raw files and convert to Jpeg.In my camera bag
Now I have upgraded to the Nikon D5200 plus my Nikon 18-200mm VR/ Tamron 70-300mm with Macro and the 18-55mm Kit Lens.Feedback
First and foremost you will need to find a place where the sunrises which can take some finding its nature so what you are given is what you will get, Its all about the time and keeping an eye on the weather for the early morning you are going and of course a bit of luck ie cloud formations, Mist, Fog, and many other things besides but be persistent and you will get some amazing shots. Good Luck!!
