Interesting that the pandemic clears our mess. Due to covid, almost everything in the night sky is visible like this photo. This is NEOWISE comet. It is one of the brightest comets in our generation. I have been monitoring with this comet since June but Minnesota has unpredictable weather, rain and fogs are tremendous but tonight hubby and I chased this. Neowise will come back to earth may be 6,8000 years so look at this capture and enjoy it.
Appreciating and being grateful to the past, present, & future generations of all Native Nations & Indigenous Peoples, whole ancestral lands we explore, visit and play. Please always impose a LEAVE NO TRACE ethic on your exploration, adventures, & expeditions. Follow local regulations. Love the only planet we have. Please do not trash her. Now, the latest unfortunate trend has been for people dumping the RV waste tanks any place they wish. That's just wrong!
By the way Comet NEOWISE gets its name from NASA's Near-Earth Object Wild-Field Infrared Survey Explorer. While I was taking photo of this comet, my other camera was taking photo of the Milky Way, and so interesting because there were 2 bright lights near the Milky Way, then when I get my app and zoom it...the 2 are Saturn and Pluto. Above the comet you can see the Delta Aquarids checking on me swimming in the dark being guided by starlights.
