This is B.Reynolds Falls in Ricketts Glen State Park in Pennsylvania. Did a day hike down and back up the glen. There are at least 24 named falls in this park and if you love waterfalls I highly recommend this place in the spring and-or fall.

Location
This image was captured in Ricketts Glenn State Park in Pennsylvania in October of 2015 near the end of a 35 day trip to the US Northeast and Nova Scotia. This park is in the NE part of the state and has over 24 named water falls.Time
It was around 1:00 PM and we were on the uphill part of this 7.2 mile loop that takes you to all but 3 of the named falls.Lighting
The lighting was pretty good for the partly cloudy conditions and being down in a ravine. All of the images were captured using a tripod and shutter speeds were from 1/10 sec to 3.2 sec. For this image it was 1/2 sec.Equipment
I used a full frame camera, the Canon 5D MkII with the 24-105 f/4.0 L lens mounted on a Gitzo tripod with RRS Ball Head and used a Lee ND filter to make the water silky smooth on the falls.Inspiration
I love waterfalls and autumn. I had heard about this place and made a point to stop here for a full day of shooting and it was well worth the effort. Many times in the fall season waterfalls do not run at all or very little. While the amount of water was not like spring it was good for this time of year and along with the fall colors and excellent time for photography here.Editing
I use LR for all initial editing then usually take an image to On1 Photo Raw for final touches. In this case I made basic adjustments to white balance, highlights, shadow, whites and blacks as well as clarity and vibrance. I then made some minor tone and color adjustments and took the image to On1 Photo Raw for noise, sharpening and a vignette. In my camera bag
I have two bags and each has a purpose. On this trip the bag with my 5DMKII (Full Frame Camera) has my 16-35mm f/2.8, 24-105mm f4.0 and 70-200 f/2.8, mainly for everything except wildlife k and Macro. The bag with the 7D (APS-C) had 100mm Macro and 300mm prime which is mainly for wildlife. If I am traveling by car I take it all, which was the case for this trip. If traveling overseas only bag one goes unless going for wildlife, for that I take bag one with both cameras and swap 70-200 for 300 prime and leave the Macro lens at home. I also carry a set of Lee Graduated ND filters as well as a polarizer, Lee Stopper and 0.6 & 0.9 ND filters. I also carry a tripod at all times and used it on this and every other capture I made at Ricketts Glenn.Feedback
In this case I saw several photos here on VB taken at Ricketts Glenn and made it a must go to place. When I was planning this trip I decided this would be a good way to end as we followed the colors down from Nova Scotia, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York to Pennsylvania. My only apprehension was how much water would be flowing. I did know there is a lake above the two ravines where the creeks run and figured there would at least be some water. Prior planning was needed to know where to go, how to do the trail and how long it would take.
