2013, Kentucky. The Big 4 Bridge, built in 1890's to serve 4 different railroads, was turned into a pedestrian bridge linking Louisville, Ky with Jeffersonville, In. Unused for decades, the bridge was repurposed in 2013 and opened for walkers and bikers in 2014. The view contrasts the architecture of the new pedestrian ramp with the city in the background.
