Location
This photo was taken on East coast of Central Florida. I had been researching fields of wildflowers for weeks to try to find the perfect spot, but couldn't find anything. So we decided on a park right across from the beach with a lot of greenery. On the morning of the shoot, I happened to drive past a random field of flowers in between a gas station and a car wash. I whipped my car around, parked, and went exploring; it was perfect.Time
This was taken in the evening about 2 hours before the sunset.Lighting
I used the sun and a gold reflector to add a warm glow to her face. The sun positioned behind her naturally created a beautiful glow around her.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3500 with my Tamron AF 70-300mm, as well as, a gold reflector.Inspiration
She was nervous in front of the camera, but in between poses she let down her guard. This was a beautiful moment of her smiling as she smelled the flowers before posing again.Editing
Being a new photographer, I honestly can't believe how good this picture turned out. It didn't need much editing. I used PhotoScape X Pro to bring up the shadows, exposure, & vibrance. I also added a light leak filter. In my camera bag
I typically have my Nikon D3500, Nikon D7500, Nikkor 85mm f1.8 G lens, Nikkor 50mm f/1.8G lens, and Tamron AF 70-300mm lens in my bag.Feedback
Shoot RAW, use a reflector to add light to your subjects face, study the best photographers constantly, and keep practicing.
