Behind The Lens

Location

Photo taken at place in Malta called Munxar , not very far where I leave in the south area.

Time

It was around 10.00 am, very cold and strong wind. Sea good movement and some interesting clouds

Lighting

Lighting is natural , only enhance it by using an orange graduation filter to get some warm in the sky.

Equipment

I am a Canon 6D user. Lens on was the 24-105 , and set to 28mm for a wider view. For long exposure camera on tripod . on the lens I had an ND filter 10 plus the graduation filter. Camera fired using a delay trigger set on 10 seconds. ISO was on 200 F6.5.

Inspiration

Love the sea and recording it in slow speed is lovely.

Editing

AS shot in RAW, in lightroom I correct and the highlights and open shadows. I than send it to photoshop where I do final touches , I love to use the burning and dodging tool.

In my camera bag

In my bag normally I carry the camera , the lenses 24-105 and 100-400 mm . Flash but I try not to use it much, Than depends where I am going to shoot, filters , trigger if I am going for longer shoots.
