Looks like Chicago, not sure, but it just says Chicago to me, great shot.

Location
I took this photo on a bridge that crosses over the L tracks in Chicago.Time
This was taken just after sunset.Lighting
I was waiting for the snow to really start coming down and it just so happened to get really intense right around blue hour.Equipment
I used a Nikon D750, and a Tamron 70-200 2.8 lens.Inspiration
I had always wanted to shoot from here during a snow storm. Taking photos of trains has always been one of my favorite things to photograph, and this snow storm really made this time special.Editing
Yes, I exited the shot in both Lightroom and Photoshop. Nothing too crazy, just adjusting the color, vignette, and levels. In my camera bag
I used to carry a Nikon D750, Tamron 15-30, Tamron 70-200, and a Mavic pro drone. Unfortunately, I’ve had to sell all of my gear this year to pay for bills :(.Feedback
Take as many photos as you can when shooting moving subjects. You never know what can happen and you may end up catching something unique. I would also say that you should always put some time and effort into finding a good spot if you want to really capture a picture that is out of the ordinary.
