Behind The Lens
Location
The picture was taken in the Bavarian Alps, to be more precise: on our way to Osterfelderkopf.Time
It was in the halfway to the mountain pick, around 10 a m.Lighting
There was a sharp light falling from behind our backs but it was covered by the clouds. The light at this time of the day provided slightly blue-pinkish colors.Equipment
For the landscapes I use, at least for now on, Canon 24-105 mm lens, which give me a lot of pleasure while taking pictures. It's very accurate, sharp and light. I also used polarizing filter.Inspiration
I don't really need a lot of inspiration while being in mountains, the nature is beautiful enough. Every moment of climbing and the view from the pick is a great inspiration for me. However, this particular view I associated with freedom, space and courage - although I would never use paraglider. Muffled, smoky colors added a bit of mystery and allowed the viewer to focus on the paraglider.Editing
Yes, I slightly sharpened the foreground. In my camera bag
In my bag I always have 2 spare batteries, a cleaning kit for the lens and a second lens which is 85 mm.Feedback
You need to wander and wander; interact with the nature; find the time to stop and try to take a picture long enough until an expected effect is achieved.
