Behind The Lens

Location

The beautiful model is part of my studio influencers team. This photo was taken at my studio as part of a Christmas shoot.

Time

We have the luxury of shooting any time of day in my studio. We had a Christmas get together.

Lighting

As you can see getting the Christmas lights to show up and also have the model properly exposed is challenging. We turned off all the lights then I used my Profoto B1X to light the model.

Canon R5 70-200 RF lens Profoto B1X Profoto trigger

Inspiration

Christmas lights are always fun, challenging and memorable photos.

Editing

I always shoot in RAW so I have control over my editing.

In my camera bag

I’m a Canon girl. I shoot the R5. I love the auto focus! Lenses I always carry 70-200, 85 1.4, 25mm and the 16-35 . Most of my lenses are the EF lenses.
