Saxcalibur is an inanimate muse. It has been heard by many around the world. Musicians in grade school, high school, college, and those playing gigs on the road have all heard Saxcalibur. Some have taken the meter, phrasing, and disonance imparted by Saxcalibur and given the world great music, others have ignored the muse, and we have all suffered a great loss.

It is claimed by some that Charlie "Bird" Parker, Grover Washington, and even Lisa Simpson have heard Saxcalibur, but as there is no transfer of a magical saxaphone or mystical skill in return for the player's soul – like the legends of blues-rock guitarists and classical violinists - these inspirational listenings are hearsay at best. It is not clear that a musician would admit to hearing Saxcalibur – would anyone believe ?
