One of the older oak trees at a local park called Manville Oaks.
I've shot this tree in a number of seasons, and this is my favorite shot. I believe that it has been struck by lightning at some point. Unfortunately the park district has seen fit to turn the area in to a frisbee golf course, placing a bright yellow stand right in front it. Shoot that image now - for tomorrow it will be different - or gone - forever.
