I took this photo at the spur of the moment. I was sitting there watching TV and having a drink. I looked at my drink as the light from my living room window was shining in and said, "I need to capture this!'Time
It was late afternoon on a bright summer day. The blinds were partially closed due to the bright sun.Lighting
I actually didn't use any flash. I took multiple shots at different speeds, and apertures and then picked the best one.Equipment
I used a Nikon D850. I handheld the camera to get this shot.Inspiration
When at the spur of the moment I saw this cool set up, I knew I had to get this shot. Although this was in my living room, I tried to create a bar like scene.Editing
Yes, post processing was done on my PC to get the old school color effect. And since I shot this handheld, I also cropped it a bit and straightened it out a bit.In my camera bag
I always have a Nikon D850 as my tool. I shot this picture with a 50mm prime, but most of the times I actually use a 105mm micro lens. I also use a 24-70mm, and a 70-200mm when I need it.Feedback
Seems like the best pictures are the spur of the moment pictures. Have your camera ready for easy access. I know a lot of people put their cameras away and keep them safe in the camera bags, but what good is a camera that you don't use. Have your camera ready to shoot.
